The Venner road project was carried out over 3 stages.
Stage 1 - Refurbishment of the 4 flats along with a single storey extension to the rear of the ground floor flat.
Stage 2 - The build of two new houses at the rear of the garden accessed via the side of the existing block.
Stage 3 - The final stages of the project will include a Pent House to the top of the current block .
Working relationship: Overall easy to work with and respectful of client wishes throughout.
Health and Safety: Good documentation. Good site set-up. No H&S incidents reported.
Quality: End product to the desired standards and exceeded expectations.
Communication: Very good. Readily available on the phone and email.
Finance: End product to the agreed pricing structure and with additional requests / extras well managed fairly priced.
Overall, adabtable contractor able to meet the required standards and offers a 'work with' approach.
